Hey everyone. I hope you're having a good summer so far! As for my workout, I began doing P90X. Today I start my 4th week into it, and it is going really well. I am not able to complete all the videos without taking any breaks. However, I have worked my way up to completing 3 different videos without taking any breaks. They're really intense, and I can tell I am getting in better shape. I also plan to start running a couple miles every morning to get into even better shape.
Hello team! I have been running 2-3 miles or biking 5-6 miles everyday. I have been lifting for a week now, 4 times a week following most of coach wells work out but also adding my own free lifts and machines in. I am working out at the gym for an hour or so each day 30 mins of cardio or stairs then lifting the rest of the time. I only take one day off of everything though, to let my body recuperate. I hope everyone is working hard and having a great summer! -Breanna

Hey Stingers! Hope everyone's summer is going well,I've been going to ICE and working out at the gym, lifting, and doing the elliptical a lot and running on the treadmill. Sometimes I'll run outside in my neighborhood and do jump ropes. I try not to take any time off because I know how important next season is for us because we all wanna win, so let's do it! Have fun and keep going hard, it'll all pay off. -Mel

I been doing coach wells' workout for three weeks now, next week I start playing actual volleyball with my high school coach/team three times a week, and I'll still continue with coach wells' workout. Hope everyone's getting skinny for summer, and in shape for volleyball. :) -Torey
Hey ladies!! My workout isn't as organized as everyone elses. I run, swim, bike or kayak everyday. Every wednesday I workout with my high school team. On tuesdays i play in a sand vball league. Hii, I am sorry it took me this long to write on this board! I have been making sure I workout everyday. I do 40 minutes on the ellipitcal, 20 minutes on the treadmill, and do an ab workout. I have also gone over to Fremont High School to run the bleachers and run sprints on the football field. Next week I am going to also start working out at 5 am at Fremont High School. I hope everyone is working hard and is having a good summer!
Hi everyone!! I have been working out Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays with my local high school team and doing coach Wells' workout on Tuesday and Thursday. I also plan to start running on the weekends. (Tomorrow I will be going to pick out a german shepherd pup who will hopefully be my running partner!! I'm so excited and just had to tell ya'll!) Hello everyone. I have been working out everyday. I've been running 5 and 8 miles every other day gearing up for running a marathon at the end of the month! I've been doing my softball workout on top of that three times a week and competing in 5k races almost every weekend.
Hi everyone! I've been doing my best to run a few miles every morning and I've also started doing the Insanity video workouts. On days I don't use the videos I swim, use an elliptical, bike or lift. I'm also playing in a few beach volleyball tournaments so I won't be too slow when I step on a court! I hope everyone is having a great summer! Rachel
Hey everyone! I have been running two miles every morning, as well as doing Coach Wells' workout. I've also been working out with my high school team every Tuesday and Thursday. My friends and I decided to do Zumba, mostly for fun. And i have been working out in my sand volleyball court as well, just to make it harder and hopefully work on my quickness. Hi everyone! I have been working out with our high school team every Wednesday and Thursday then after that I do the workout we were given in the weight room. On Tuesdays I'm in a 4 on 4 sand volleyball league which is sooo much fun. Then on the off days I've been running either on the treadmill or on a path in a park nearby and doing a core strengthening workout! Hope everyone's having a good summer and is excited to get back on the court! :) Katelyn
Hey everyone! Sorry it has taken me so long to post on here. I started Performance Enhancement Monday with a trainer in my town, which has been kicking my butt! I go Mondays and Wednesdays for an hour and 15 minutes. I try to get to the gym twice a week outside of training to lift and use bikes, however my elliptical hasn't gotten much use. ): I start going to my high school's volleyball practices 2 to 3 times a week when the coach gets back from Orlando next week. It has been some what of a challenge to squeeze in workouts with the hours I am working at my neighborhood's pool, but when I get the chance I swim a few laps just to loosen up my muscles and I've been trying to use the sand court at the pool as well. One of my guy friends is going to give me a water workout he's doing for college so I'm stoked for that! Hope everyone's summer is going as great as mine is and can't wait to see you all in August! Hey Ladies! I'm glad the blog seems to be going well and that everyone is working hard. Haley Born and I have been coaching/playing/lifting 5 days a week with a HS team, as well as running a lot. We realized how old and slow we felt after playing with all those chipper high school girls. But now we are back in shape and kicking their butts again ;)...Keep the updates coming and enjoy your summer!
